If you're dissatisfied with your product, simply contact us, and we'll issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days of receiving the returned item, processed via your original payment method. Please note that our money-back guarantee applies to single bag purchases only, and there must be a minimum of 5 cubes remaining in the returned bag. If you're new to Cloud Cubes, we recommend starting with a single bag before purchasing our larger bundles.
Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee is not available for subscriptions, imperfect products, free gifts, or orders outside of Australia.
Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll assess the issue and send you a replacement within 2 business days.
